A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTI ON Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Two Ad justable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or people assembling this machine to avoid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Place the Right Base Frame ( #46) and Left Base Frame (#87) on the floor, at a r ight ang le to each other.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Rig ht Vertic al Beam (#21) to the R ight Base Frame ( #46). Secure i t with tw o M10 x 2 ¾” Car riag e Bolts (#17), ∅ ¾ ” W ashers (#6), and M10 Aircr aft Nuts (#5). B.) Attach the Rig ht Seat Support (#49) to the Rig ht Vertical Beam (#21).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Slide tw o ∅ 2 ½” Rubber Bumpers ( #58) onto tw o Chromed Guide R ods (#58). Insert the two Guide Rods into the holes on the R ight Base Fr ame (#46). Sli de the Selector Stem (#67) onto the two Guide R ods (#22). Sl ide the Selector Stem ov er the Selector Rod (#69).

STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Front Press Base ( #97) to the Rig ht Base Frame (#46) . Secure it w ith a 9 ¼” Fr ont Press Axl e (#60), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#6), and tw o M10 Airc raft Nuts (#5). B.) Attach the Front Press Fr ames (#63) to the Front Pr ess Base.
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the Butterfly Support Frame ( #18) to the front of Right Verti cal Beam (#21) . Attach the Butter Pulley Support (#74) to the back of Right Vert ical Beam. Ali gn the holes. Secur e them together w ith tw o M10 x 2 ¾” C arriag e Bolts (#17) , ∅ ¾” W ashers (#6), and M10 Airc raft Nuts (#5).
STEP 6 (See Diagram 6) A.) Attach the Vertical Pr ess Frame (#78) to the Rear Verti cal Beam (#50) . Secure it w ith a M10 x 4 7/8” Vertical Press Ax le (#81), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#6), and tw o M10 x 1” Allen Bol ts (#56). B.) Place the Vertical Press Frame rest onto the ∅ 1 ½ ” Rubber Bumper (#83).

STEP 7 (Upper Cable Loop & Diagram 7) A.) Attach the 108” Upper C able (#93) to the front openi ng on the Upper Fr ame (#8). Attach a Pulley (#79) to the opening . Secure it w ith one M 10 x 2 ½ ” Allen Bol t (#10), tw o Pulley Bushings ( #11), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#5).

STEP 8 (See Butterfly Cable Loop & Diagram 8) A.) Attach the 83” Butterfly Cable (#95) to the slot on the back of Left Butterfly (#20). Dr aw the Cable throug h the slot then to the open left Sw ivel Pulley Bracket (#72). B.) Attach a Pulley (#79) to the bracket.

STEP 9 (See Front Press Cable Loop & Diagram 9) A.) Attach the 247” Front Press Cable ( #94) to the low er opening on the Leg Dev eloper ( #40). B.) Attach a Pulley (#79) to the opening. Secur e it w ith one M10 x 2 ½” All en Bolt (#10) , two Pulley Bushings ( #11), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#5) .

STEP 10 (See Leg Press Cable Loop & Diagram 10) A.) Attach one end of the 82” Leg Pr ess Cable (#96) to the open slot on the back of the Leg Press Frame (#84) . Secure it w ith one M10 x 2 ½” Allen Bolt ( #10), two ∅ ¾” W ashers (#6), and one M10 Airc raft Nut (#5).

STEP 11 (See Diagram 11) A.) Place a Seat Pad ( #29) onto the Left Seat Support (#92). Secur e it w ith two M 8 x 2 1/8” Allen Bolts (#25) and ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#24). B.) Attach a Backrest Boar d (#28) to the Left Vertical Beam (#77). Secure i t wi th two M 8 x 2 1/8” Allen Bolts ( #25) and ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#24).
STEP 12 (See Diagram 12) A.) Place a Seat Pad ( #29) onto the Rig ht Seat Support (#49) . Secure it w ith tw o M8 x 2 1/8” Allen Bolts ( #25) and ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#24). B.) Attach a Backrest Boar d (#28) to the Ri ght Verti cal Beam (#21). Secur e it w ith tw o M8 x 2 1/8” Allen Bolts ( #25) and ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#24).
STEP 13 (See Diagram 13) A.) Securely tig hten all the nuts and bolts pr eviousl y instal led. B.) Before putting the W eight Plates on, now mov e the machine to the corner of the room or place where you will use th e mach in e. C.) Lift up the Selector Rod and install one stack of 19 W eight Plates (#66).
