A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Left Uprig ht Beam (#1) and Ri ght Upri ght Beam (#2) by a Cr oss Brace (#3) in the mi d-span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Main Stabiliz er (#13) to the Cross Brace (#3). Secure it with a 4 3/8” x 1 ½” Bracket (#15), tw o M10 x 2 1/8” Car riage Bol ts (#35), ∅ ¾ ” W ashers (#43), and M10 Aircraft Nuts (#47) . B.) Attach the Front Support (#10) to the Main Stabiliz er (#13).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the hol e-side of Backrest Supports ( #9) to the piv ot on the Main Seat Support (#4). Secure i t wi th one M12 x 6” Hex Bolt (#40), tw o Ø1” W ashers (#42), and one M12 Aircr aft Nut (#46). Place the other end of Backrest Supports rest agai nst the Backrest Adjustment Bar.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Leg Dev eloper (#6) to the open bracket on the Front Suppor t (#10). Secure it w ith one M10 x 2 7/8” All en Bolt (#37), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#43), and one M10 Aircr a f t Nut (#47). Do not ov er tighten the Nut and Bolt.
