A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the two Rear Uprig ht Beams (#1) by a Cross Br ace (#2) in the M id-span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Main Seat Support (#3) to the C ross Brace ( #2). Secure it w ith f our M8 x 2 3/8” Hex Bolts (#18), one Br acket (#10), four Ø 5/8” W ashers (#26), and four M8 Aircraft Nuts (#24) . DO NOT tighten the N uts and Bolts yet.
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Leg Devel oper (#6) to the Fr ont Support (#5). Secure it w ith one M10 x 2 3/8” Hex Bolt (#21), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#31), and one M 10 Aircr aft Nut (#27). Do not over ti ghten the Bolt. M ake sure the Leg Dev eloper is able to sw ivel .
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the hole-side of the Backrest Supports (#7) onto both ends of the pivot on the Mai n Seat Support (#3). Pl ace the other end rest ag ainst the Backrest Adjustment Bar (#11). B.) Place the Backrest Board (#8) onto the Backrest Supports.
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the Arm Curl Pad ( #34) to the Arm Cur l Stand (#42) . Secure it w ith two M8 x ¾” Hex Bolts ( #33) and Ø 5/8” W ashers (#26). B.) Insert the Arm Curl Stand into the top opening on the Front Support and secure it w ith a Lock Knob (#32).
STEP 6 (See Diagram 6) A.) Slide the 25lb ( #36), 15lb (#37) , and 10lb (#38) W eight Pl ates onto the W eight Bar (#35). Note: Pl ates must be installed in pai rs, one on each side.
