SET Safe-NET TIME Safe-NET is the electr onic controller tha t regula tes the cooling system. Bef ore Safe-NET can opera te correctly , the internal clock must be set.
• Press and r elease the SELECT b utton until y ou are in the pr oper menu. Once in the pr oper men u press the UP or DO WN button to enter the men u and to scroll thr ough the men u. • Once a t the men u item that y ou want, pr ess the SELECT b utton until the item flashes between the v alue and the title .
• Once the displa y starts blinking y ou w ill be a ble to select the pass code , 595 . Press the DO WN button to get to this n umber . • Once 595 is displa yed, press the SELECT b utton on the Safe-NET displa y module . The displa y w ill re vert to cy cling between P ASS and 595 .
Set Defr ost Time (P ass Code Needed) • Press the SELECT b utton (top left button) until y ou see dEFr . • Then press the UP b utton twice to get to StAr and press SELECT . • Press the UP or DO WN b utton to change min utes; press SELECT . • Press the UP or DO WN b utton to change hours; press SELECT .

CARE AND CLEANING Long life and sa tisfactory perf or mance of an y equipment is dependent upon the care it recei ves . T o ensure long life , proper sanita tion and minim um maintenance costs , this unit should be thor oughly cleaned, all debr is remo ved and the interiors w ashed down.
Whenever possible, use all product bef ore per- forming maintenance. Product allo wed to warm abov e the operating temperature (22°F) may freeze when restock ed. R emov ing Shelves The MAXI-140 comes standard w ith one fix ed w ire shelf (upper) with d iv iders f or 16oz.
Condenser Coil T o maintain peak operating ef ficiency , use a soft hand brush or soft brush a ttachment on a vacuum to r emov e accumula ted dust fr om the coil a t least once each month. A dirty coil w ill slo w pr oduct cooling significantl y and can increase ener gy consumption by as m uch as 20%.
