When both control s are in the neutral position, t he machine st ands sti ll. The control s can be locked in neutra l position by the thumb lat ches.
En glis h- 17 CONT ROLS 5. Choke and Thrott le Control Choke Control The choke contro l is combined with th e throttl e control. T o engage the choke, the thrott le contr ol is moved p ast the max rpm setti ng to its choke posi tio n. Do not use the choke when st arti ng a warm engine.

Lock the motion contr ol levers by pulling the thumb latches backwar d. Unlock the moti on control lev ers by pushing the thumb lat ches forwar d.
