8 1. Removethedischargechutefromthedeck.(Deck congurationwillvarybysizeandmodel) 2. Lowerdecktothelowestcuttingposition. 3. Removetherighthand(dischargeside)beltcover fromthedeck.
9 ASSEMBL Y 1. Makesurethetensionreleaseleverisforwardor disengaged. 2. Placethebeltoverthepulleyonthedeck.Referto illustration for proper routing. 3. Move the tension release arm to the rear and engage in the latch.
10 2. Install the bagger mount tube to the rear guard with 5 / 16 -18x3¼boltsandangenutsfromkit. NOTE: Depending on model, rear guard hole may need to be drilled out to 5 / 16 "ifkithardwareistoo large.
11 1. Position upper chute support against bagger inlet, ushatouteredges.SeeIllustration. 2. Using support as a template, drill two 3 / 8 holes into bagger hood. Upper Chute Support Bagger Inlet Nut Bagger Hood Flat W ashers Hex Bolt Flex T rim 3.
12 Remove plastic end caps from the center two bag 1. support arms. Fully insert spacer plugs into the ends of the support tubes. It may be necessary to tap the spacers into place with a hammer or mallet.Replacetheplasticendcapbackoverthe spacer .
13 • Ifthegrasscatcherfailstopickupcutgrass or leaves, it is an indication that clogging has occurred in the system or that the grass catcher containers are full. a. Disengage blades, place motion control levers in neutral position.
