Then, the air trav els through the HEP A f ilter where the smaller particles are collected.

7 41726-01 Operation Filter Life Counter s The pre-filter and f ilter are critical to the proper operation of the air purifier . T o help you know when to change the f ilters, your Hunter Air Purifier has Filter Life Counters that will monitor the percentage of life your filter has left.
41726-01 8 Pr ogramming Locking/Unloc king the Keypad Once you enter the desired speed, you may want to lock the ke ypad to prev ent accidental changing of the speed. When the keypad is lock ed, all ke ys will be disabled. If you press a ke y, the Ke ypad Locked Indicator will be displayed on the screen for 1-2 seconds.

F ollo w these steps to properly maintain your air purifier: 1. Approximately e very 90 days, the outside of the unit should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth.
41726-01 10 Air Purifier Maintenance 6. Install the grill back onto the unit. First, line up the tabs on the bottom of the grill with the openings on the purifier base and then push the top of the grill forw ard until it is closed. 7. Plug in the air purifier .
11 41726-01 Air Purifier Maintenance 6. Plug in the unit. NO TE: This unit will not operate unless the grill is in the correct position. 7. T o reset the filter counter , press the FIL TER RESET ke y for 2 seconds. The Filter Counter will return to 100% and the Filter indicator will stop flashing.
