While you are in the first c all and the second call comes in, an swer the inc oming call, and then touch . 2. The current call is placed on hold and you are connected to the first call.
20 4 People The People application enable s you to sa ve and manage information such as phone numbers and ad dresses of your contacts. After you save contact inform ation on your mobile phone, you have easy access to the peop le with whom you want to communica te.
21 4.4 Adding a Contact to Your Favorites Select a contac t and touch the star on the right of the contact's name. If the icon is highlighted, the contact is in your favorit es list. 4.5 Searching fo r a Contact 1. In the contact list, touch . 2.

The keyboard is disp layed automatically when you run certain applications.

27 6 Messaging The Messaging application allows you to exchange t ext messages (SMS) and multimedia messages (MMS) with anyone using an SMS-or- MMS-capable phone. With the Email application you can rea d and send emails. 6.1 SMS and MMS 6.1.1 Open ing Messaging Touch > Messaging .

With your phone’s Email application, you can u se your email accou nt with Yahoo!, AOL, or other popular email services on your phone.

36 7.5 Blue tooth Your mobile phone has Bl uetooth, which allows yo u to create a wireless conn ection with other Bluetooth dev ices so you can share files with your friends, talk hand s-free with a Bluetooth headset , or even transfer photos from your phone to your PC .

44 9.2 Gmail Gmail is Google’s web-based email s ervice. When yo u first set up your phone, you may have configured it to use an existing Gmail account or create a new account. The first time you open the Gmail application on your phone, yo ur Inbox will contain the messages from your Gmail web account.
