12 2.6 Home Screen Touch and hold one of the shortcuts unt il the mobile phone vibrates, you can drag it to your desired loc ation or move it to the trash.
13 2.6.2 Notifications Panel Your mobile phone will notify you wh en you receive a new message or there is an upcoming event. The notifications panel als o informs you of alarms and settings. Open the notification s panel to see your network oper ator or to view a message, reminder, or event notification.
14 2.6.3 Viewing Other Parts of the Hom e Screen Touch > Home settings > Advance d setti ngs > Screen number to set the screen number. 2.6.4 Customizing the H ome Screen Adding a New Screen Item 1. Touch and hold a blank area on the Ho me screen until the Select action menu is displayed.
15 Removing a Screen Item 1. Touch and hold an item on the Home s creen until the item expands a nd the mobile phone vibrates. 2. Without lifting your finger, drag the item to the trash can. When the item and the trash can turn red, the item is rea dy to be removed.

20 3.3. 2 Switchi ng Betwee n Calls If you receive a new ca ll while you are already on a call, you ca n switch between the two calls. 1. While you are on the first ca ll and the second call comes in, answer the incomin g call, and then touch > Manage calls .
21 1. Connect the TTY device to the head set jack of the phone and set the phone to the TTY mode. 2. Make or answer calls as normal. 3. When the call is put through, use the TTY device to send or r eceive the letters. 4. Press the End to end the call.
22 4.2 Adding a Contact 1. In the contact list, touch > Create contact . 2. If you have more than one accou nt with contacts, touch the account to which you want to add the cont act. 3. Enter the contact's name, and then add de tailed information such as phon e number or address.

26 5 Using the Onscreen Keyboard 5.1 Displaying the Keyboard Panel To enter text, use the onsc reen keyboard. Some applic ations open the keyboar d automatically. In others, touch a text field to open the keybo ard. Touch the space where you want to w rite text to display the keyboard.
