13 2.7. 2 Notifi cation Pa nel Your mobile phone will notify you wh en you receive a new message or there is an upcoming event. The notification panel also inf orms you of alarms and settings. Open the notification panel to see your network operator o r to view a message, reminder, or event no tificati on.

While yo u are in the f irst call and the second call c omes in, answer the incoming call, and then touch . 2. The current call is placed o n hold and you are connected to the first call.
20 4 People The People application enable s you to sa ve and manag e information such as phone numbers and addre sses of your cont acts. After you save contact infor mation on your mobile phone, you have easy access to the p eople with whom you want t o communicate.
21 4.4 Adding a Contact to Your Favorites Select a contact an d touch the star on the r ight of the contact's na me. If the icon is highlighted, the contact is in your favorites list. 4.5 Searching for a Con tact 1. In the contact list, touc h . 2.

27 6 Messaging The Messaging application allows you to exch ange text messa ges (SMS) and multimedia messages (MMS) with anyo ne using an SMS-or-MMS-c apable phone. With the Email application you can read and s end emails. 6.1 SMS and MMS 6.1.1 Opening M essaging Touch > Messaging .

36 7.5 Blue tooth Your mobile phone has Bluet ooth, which allows you to create a wireless connection with other Bluetooth devic es so you can share files with you r friends, talk hands-free with a Bluetooth headset, or even transfer photos from you r phone to your PC.

44 9.2 Gmail Gmail is Google’s web-based email s ervice. When you first set up your phone, you may have configured it to use an existing Gmail account or create a new account. The first time you open the Gmail application on your phone, yo ur Inbox will contain the messages from your Gmail web account.

Before performing oper ations on the SD card list, ensure that a microSD car d is inserted.
