T o per manently store the job and pre ve nt the printer from deleti ng it when space is needed f or something else , select the Store d Job option in th e dr iver .
98 Common pr int ing task s EN Deleting a held job When a user sends a pr oo f and hold job , the printer automatica lly deletes that user ’ s pre vious stored proof and ho ld job .
EN Chapter 3 99 Printing a priv ate job The pr ivate print ing f eature lets a user s pecify that a job is not p r inted until that user rele ases it using a 4-d igit per sonal iden tification numbe r (PIN) through th e pr inter control panel. Th e user specifies the PIN in the driv er and it is sent to th e printer as par t of the print job .
100 Common printing tasks EN Deleting a priv ate job A pr ivate job is automatic ally deleted from the prin ter ’ s hard disk af ter the user releases it f or printing, unless the user selects th e Stored Job option in th e dr iver .
