Bottle ageing compartment The ageing compartment's main function is that of guaranteeing that your wines are pr eserved in optimal conditions. The wine cellar's temperature was factory pre-set at 15° C, a temperature that is consider ed optimal for most wines.
GB 5 T able of ideal wine temperatures This table indicates the approximate temperatur es at which wine should be served. Removing the wooden shelves Follow the instructions below to remove the wooden shelves: 1. Hold the front part of the shelf with one hand. 2. With the other hand push the back of the shelf upward. 3. Slowly remove the shelf by pulling it towar d you. Pull out the shelf by 1/3 of the way if you need to remove or replace bottles.
