6 HO W T O USE Y OUR HOB Gas burners On the control panel, the f ollowing symbols are indicated around each knob "M". Off High flame Low flame The symbols near the knobs indicate the position of each burner on the hob. The burners are fitted with a flame failure de vice.
7 HO W T O USE Y OUR O VEN The 'Multi-function' oven combines the advantages of conv ection o vens with those of f an assisted models in a single appliance. It is an extremely v ersatile appliance that allows y ou to choose easily between 7 diff erent cooking modes.
8 TIMER (ELECTRIC O VEN) The programmer makes it possible to preset the oven and the grill in terms of: • delay start with a preset length of time for cooking; • immediate star t with a preset length of time for cook- ing; • timer .
9 COOKING AD VICE Using the Grill The Grill setting grills traditional foods perfectly (such as toasted sandwiches, hotdogs etc.). The F anned Grill setting is extremely useful f or grilling f oods rapidly , as the distribution of heat makes it possible not only to brown the surface b ut also to cook the bottom par t.
10 COOKING CHART NB. Cooking times shown in the charts are approximate and may v ary according to personal taste. When cooking a cer tain food f or the first time , it is advisab le to choose the lowest v alues in the cooking time range giv en in the table and then increase times if necessar y .
11 CARE AND CLEANING Disassembling/assembling the oven door T o make it easier to clean the inside of y our ov en, the o v en door can be removed, b y proceeding as f ollows (fig. 3-4): • Open the door completely and raise the 2 le v ers "B" (fig.
