HOOK-UP CA BLE S AND CONNECTORS Most video/audio connec tions between com ponents can be m ade with shielded video and audio cables that have phono connectors . TIPS ON REA R PANEL CONNECTIONS S-Video connections are provided f or high perfor m ance laserdis c players, VCRs etc., that have this f eature. Use these connections in place of the standard video connec tion if your device has this f eature. If your device has only one audio output (mono sound), c onnect it to the left audio j ack on the TV.
NOT E: To prevent dam age to the speak er and dis torted sound, set the volum e contr ol of the audio am plifier lower and adjust the sound us ing the rem ote control f o the TV set.
