KK-XXX-03_INST _10-07 14 Position Driver - side Ceiling section to mate with Bench/Wal l assembly. Pre- drill 5/32” holes into Ceiling, using Bench/Wall assemb ly holes as a guide.
KK-XXX-03_INST _10-07 15 Begin to tighten ALL loose hardware on the rem ainder of the unit, b eing sure to align edges and bends of mate rials being tightened.
KK-XXX-03_INST _10-07 16 3/8” x 2” Hex head bolt, washers, and nut On the Rear doorframe , remove the sheet metal screws installed earlier. Dril l 3/8” holes through the do orframe, floor, and vehicle. Attach using 3/8 ” x 2” hex head bolts, washers, fender wash ers, lock washers, and hex nuts .
KK-XXX-03_INST _10-07 17 Silicone all seems and joints. This wil l allow the unit to be hosed out. In the upper corner of ea ch side of the 3 rd Compartment Doorframe are small filler panels that need to be inst alled. Attach using ¼” x ¾” carriage bolts, washers, and serrated nuts.
