Pressing and holding FWD/REW while iPod is docked will scan forward/reverse within currently playing track. Using the Optional Remote C ontrol Power Button turns unit OFF or Resets Alarm. Pressing Play/Pause from power off mode will play iPod. Pressing Play/Pause while iPod is docked and playing will pause iPod.

6 Setting Up the HDP-66 Setting the Time 1. Depending on your location and whether or not Daylight Saving Time (DST) is in effect, set the DST Switch located on the back of the unit to +1 (adds an hour) or to -1 (subtracts an hour). 2. Press and hold the Time Set Button until the time flashes on the display .
7 Docking and Charging your iPhone/iP od T o dock your iPhone or iPod, gently place it over the 30 pin dock connector located on top of the unit. Place the Dock Support behind the iPhone/iPod and attach to unit with thumbscrew . Adjust support so it is snug against the iPhone/iPod and tighten the thumb- screw .
8 Sleep mode lets you sleep to your iPhone/iPod, shutting the unit off after the selected time has elapsed. 1. Press the Sleep Button to enter sleep mode. The Sleep Icon will appear on the display to indicate sleep mode. 2. Press the Sleep Button again to adjust the sleep timer to 90, 60, 30 or 15 minutes.
