Plug the power cord into the power adapter. 3. Plug the power connector cable into the power connector on the back panel of the Net Base.
4 Dolphin® 7900 Series Net Base Quick Start Guide LEDs There are two LEDs per charging/commu nication slot: the DOCK LED and the COMM LED. They indicate the status of the terminal seated in the slot. Dock LED Lights solid green to indicate that the te rminal is properly seat ed in the slot.

6 Dolphin® 7900 Series Net Base Quick Start Guide If Your Network Does Not Support DHCP or You Want to Configure the Net B ase with a Static IP Address 1. Connect the serial cable to the Serial DB-9 Connector on the back of the Net Base and a COM port on the host comp uter.

8 Dolphin® 7900 Series Net Base Quick Start Guide Charging In addition to Ethernet communication, the Net Base charges the main battery pack of each terminal in less than four hours. The intelligent battery charging system in all Dolphin terminals prevents overcharging.

Using the W all Mount Kit Wall mount kits can be purc hased separately to secure the Net Base to a wall or other vertical surface. You need to purc hase two kits so that you have two mounting brackets, one for each end of the Net Base.
