G8598 5 1 ⁄ 8 " Cordless Trim Saw -4 - 9. USE PROPER EXTENSION CORD for the charger. Make sure your extension cord is in good condition. Conductor size should be in accor- dance with the chart below. The amperage rating should be listed on the motor or tool nameplate.

-9 - G8598 5 1 ⁄ 8 " Cordless Trim Saw OPERATION Removing and Installing Blades: 1. Remove the Battery. 2. Remove the 4mm Allen ® wrench from the left hand side of the trim saw body. Insert the wrench into the blade retaining screw located at the center of the blade.

Loosen the nut and turn the screw so that its contacts the base. Do Not over tighten. Over tightening this screw will cause the saw base to warp and will upset the angle of the blade.
