The casing must be level after the unit is installed for proper condensate drainage. If condensate is not removed, the coil will suffer from water hammering and will have a shortened life.
11 Model LFC Low-Profile Fan Coil ® Y early Bearings — Most bearings are permanently lubricated and requir e no further lubrication under normal use. Normal use being considered -20ºF to 120ºF and in a relatively clean envir onment. Some bearings are r elubricatable and will need to be regr eased depending on fan use.
