Greenheck Fan Corporation warrants its SP/CSP products to be free of any defect in material or workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. In the event of such a defect during the warranty period, Greenheck Fan Corporation agrees, at its option, to either repair or replace the defective product free of charge.
