Operation 8 3A1450D Operation Pressure Relief Pr ocedure 1. Close the b leed-type master a ir v alve (M ). 2. Open the dispensing v alve , if used. 3. Open all fluid dr ain valv es (N) in the system, ha ving a waste container ready to ca tch drain age.

Estab lish a prev entive maintenan ce schedule by recording when and what kind of maintena nce is needed, and then determine a regular schedule f or checking you r system.

Remove the 2-piece shield (109 ) by inser ting a screwdriver stra ight into the slot, and using it as a le ver to re lease the tab .
Repair 3A1450D 13 Reassemble the Coupling Adapter and Tie Rods to the Motor NO TE: Use this procedure only if the coupling ad apter (108) and tie rod s (104) ha ve been disa ssemb led from the motor , to ensure proper alignme n t of the mo tor shaft to the piston rod (R) .
