Setup Air Connectio ns Red and green 5/32 in. (4 mm) tubing connects the solenoid manif old to the pump’s dosing val ves. See the Pump Tubing S chematic on the ne xt page. NOTE: Tubing lengt hs must be 18 in. ± 1/2 in. (457 mm ± 13 mm) for all connection s.
Setup c. Connect green tubi ng (G) from the DOWN OPEN fitting to the 90° tube fit ting on the side of the OUTLET DOWN dosing valve. d. Connect red tubi ng (R) from the DOWN CLOSED fitting to the 90° tube fitt ing on the end of the OUTLET DOWN dosing val ve.
Setup Fluid Connect ions 1. Connect a 1/4 npt(f ) fluid hose from the fluid source to the check va lve (J) at the pump ’s fluid inlet manifol d (K). The inlet dose valves (D, E) will open and c lose alternat ely at the pump st roke changeover, to maint ain a steady flow i nto the pump.

Repair Driver Repair Disassemble t he Driver 1. See Disconnec t the Lowe r from the Driver , page 9. 2. Remove the fo ur screws (2 01e) and remove the motor (20 2) fr om the actuator (201). The motor-si de c oupler (20 1a) and insert ( 201b) will come off with the m otor.

Repair Lower Repair Disassemble t he Lower 1. Remove the low er from the driver; see Disconnect th e Lower f rom the Driver, page 9 . 2. Remove the to p and bottom throat cartridges (4) to expose the piston rod (2a/2b). 3. Push the pist on rod assembly down out the bottom of th e cylinde r (1).

Repair Reassemble the L ower 1. Install the mani folds (19, 20) on t he cylinder (1) . Lubricate the o-r ings (21) and ensure they are in place on the mating surf aces. Apply thread adhesive to the screw s (26) and torque to 13–23 in-lb (1.5–2.5 N• m).
Repair 8. Install the o- rings (7) on the lower p acking nut (6). Screw the p acking nut into the l ower throat cartridge (4) . Torque to 20–3 0 ft-lb (28–40 N•m). 9. Slide the lower packing cartri dge (4) onto the piston rod (2) and screw the cartridge in to the cylinder (1).
Repair Reconnect the Lower to the Driver 1. Ensure that th e air fitting (17) is remov ed and set aside. 2. Screw the jam n ut (105) and connect or (104) onto the pump c yl inder (1), all the way to the bottom o f the threads. 3. Align the hol es in the connector (104) wit h the ports in the t hroat cartridge (4).
