Setup 311511G 19 Recir culation / Pressure Relief Lines If Recirculating to Supply Drum: Conne ct high pressure hos e (R) to relie f fittings (BA, BB) of both PRESSURE RELIEF/SPRAY valves. Route hose back to component A a nd B drums. Refer to manual 30 9852.

Initial Startup 311511G 21 Initial Star tup Fluid T emperature Sensor (FTS) Calibration 1. Bef ore turning on the unit, ensu re all hoses and cabl es are properly connected. T o ensure that the FTS in the hose is at the same temperature as the heaters , k eep heat off and stor e the hose FTS n ear the machin e f or sev eral minutes.

Wet-cup piston circulates TSL through wet -cup to carr y aw a y isocyanate film on displacement rod . Change the fluid in t he reservoir when it become s milky-looking.

Briefly spray until the UP st rok e indic ator light is on and increase the UP regulator setti ng until the fluid pressure (GA, GB) ma tches the DN strok e pressure.
