General Description The CycleFlo II is a pneumatic pump controller that allows precise control over the cycle rate of the pump and therefor the flow rate. The pump cycle is initiated by a 120 volt signal. The pump cycle may be initiated by some other piece of e quipment such as a timer or a pH controller.

The integrated air valves, have a common air inlet (1/4" NP T) po rt and two outlet ports A and B (1/4” Tube) toward the front of the unit. The exhaust is silenced with a muffler. Do not exceed 120 psi at the air in let to the unit. Refer to your pump owner’s manu al for the maximum air pressure limit of the pump.
Setup & Adjustment Cycles Per Minute (C PM) Rate The pump cycle rate is adj ustable to accommodate differ ent pump sizes, varying produ ct viscosities and product delivery speed. The pump cycle rate is measured in Cycle s Per Minute (CPM), i.e. the number of times the pump performs a pump cycle in one minute.
Operation Priming the Pump Prime the pump by applying a 120 Volt signal to the contro ller to allow the temporary operation of the pum p. This cycle rate may be increased or decrease d to facilitate pum p priming. Shut off electrical supply before making adjustments.
