Installation 312747L 9 Installation Hopper mounting kit 256259 allows the ho ppers (D) to mount on the sid es or back of t he frame (A). 1. Mount hoppers (D) on sides of the frame ( A). See F IG . 3. a. Attach ma in brack et (101) to f rame (A) with screw s (107).

Conne ct s wivel fitting (202) to nipple (201 ). 9. Tighten union (208) and ensure fluid outlet assem- bly is aligned.

Installation 312747L 13 8. Set thermostat knob (TK) to desired spra y ma terial conditioning te mperature. Align tempe rature setting to set point (SP). NO TE: Set point (SP) is a “V” notc h in the metal brac ket at the top of the t hermostat dial.
Setup 14 312747L Setup 1. Remov e the large A or B label fr om the label sheet (24) and apply t o front f ace of the appropriate hop - per to help av oid filling the wrong materials and causing cross-contamination. 2. Remov e the small A o r B from the label sheet (24) and apply on lid.
Setup 312747L 15 Fill Heating Fluid Fill the hopper’ s outer jack e ted area with oil or a 50% water an d 50% eth ylene glycol mixture t o heat yo ur spra y material. The doub le wall hopper de sign pre v ents the spr ay mat erial from losing heat during do wntime and ov ernight.
