4 Mobile Home - Addition al Installation Requirements The installat ion of this range must conf orm to the Manufactured Home Cons truction an d Safety S tandar d, Title 24 CF R, Part 328 0 (formerly th e Federal Standar d for Mobile Home Cons truction and Safet y , Ti tle 24, HUD Part 280 ).
5 Electrical Requirements IMPORT AN T : The range must be electrically grounded in accordance with local codes and or dinances , or in the absence of local codes , with the Nation al Electrical Code, ANSI/NFP A 7 0, late st edit ion.
6 Gas Supply Line ■ Provid e a gas supply line of ¾" (1.9 cm) rigid pipe to the range locati on. A smaller size pipe on lon ger runs may r esult in insu ffic ient gas supply . With LP gas, p iping or tu bing size can be ½" (1.3 cm) mi nimum.
7 INSTALLATION I NSTR UCTIONS Unpack R ange 1. Do not use oven door handle to lift or move the range 2. Remove shipping materials , tape and film from range. Keep cardboard bottom under rang e. 3. Remove oven racks a nd parts package from inside oven.
8 7. Move range close enough to the opening to allow for final electrica l connection. Remove shipping ba se, cardboard or hardboard from under r ange. 8. Open t he br oiler door . Use a ³⁄₈ " drive ratchet to lower the r ear leveling legs one-half turn.
9 3. Use a combi nation wrench and pli ers to attach the fl exible connector to th e adapters. Check that connector is not kinked. Complete Connection 1. Locate gas pr essure r egulator in the br oiler . IMPORT AN T : Do n ot remove th e gas pressure regulato r .
10 Electronic Ignition System Initial lighting and gas flame adjustments Cooktop and oven bu rners use elec tronic igniters in place of standing p ilots. When t he cooktop control knob is tu rned to th e “LIT E” po siti on, th e sy stem cr eate s a spa rk to light the burner .
11 If the flame need s adjusting: 1. T ur n the oven of f . W ait for the oven burner to cool down. 2. Open oven door and remove oven racks, oven tray , flame spreader and set as ide. 3. Locate the ai r shutte r near the rear wall of oven and loosen the shut ter scr ew .

13 T o Convert Surface Bur ners 1. Remove bur ner grate, bur ner caps and bur ners. 2. Locate LP gas ori fice spud s for top bu rners i n the litera ture bag incl uded w ith th e ran ge. Thr ee L P gas spuds ar e stampe d “88” and one “96 .” 3.
14 Complete Con version 1. Refer to the “Make Gas Connec tion” section for properly connecti ng the range to the gas supply . 2. T u rn the manual shutoff valve in th e gas supply line t o the open position.
15 T o Convert Surface Bur ners 1. Remove bur ner grate, bur ner caps and bur ners. 2. Locate the Nat ural gas orifice spuds for t op burners in the literatu re bag incl uded wi th the ran ge. Thr ee n atural gas spuds are stampe d “149” and one “165.
