Sort laundry into loads that can be washed together. ■ Combine large and small items in a load. Load large items first. Large items should not be more than half the total wash load. ■ Do not wash single items. This may cause an out-of-balance load.

Residue should be removed once or twice a month. ■ Remove the drawer by first sliding the safety latch to the right, then pulling the drawer out until it stops.
