13 Grill Assembl y SIDE SHELF A TT A CHMENT 1. Remov e the side burner together with the gas hose from the front door . Make sure the hose is in good condition bef ore installing the side burner (See Fig. 1) 2. The screws used to attach the side shelf and side b ur ner are already screw ed into the two side panels.
14 Grill Assembl y SIDE B URNER HANDLE ASSEMBL Y 1. T o assemble the side b ur ner lid handle, open the lid then cut off the plastic tie in the scre w hole. Install the handle in the lid as shown. (See Fig. 3) 2. Remov e the two screws from the handle .
15 Gas Requirements GENERAL INFORMA TION Never attach an unregulated gas line to the appliance. Connection to an unregulated gas line can cause excessive heat or fire. V erify the type of gas supply to be used – either Natural Gas (N.G.) or Liquid Propane (L.

18 Gas Requirements CONNECTION: Y our gr ill is equipped with gas supply orifices for use only with liquid propane gas . It is also equipped with a high capacity hose/regulator assembly f or connection to a standard 20 lb . L.P . cylinder (18-1/4" high, 12-1/4" diameter).
19 Pre-Operation Leak T esting GENERAL INFORMA TION Although all gas connections on the grill are leak tested pr ior to shipment, a complete gas tightness check must be perf or med at the installation site due to possible shifting during shipment, installation or e xcessiv e pressure unknowingly being applied to the unit.

21 Lighting the Grill MA TCH LIGHTING 1. If the bu r ner will not light after sev eral attempts then the burner can be match lit. 2. If you ha ve already attempted to light the burner with the igniter , allow 5 minutes f or any accumulated gas to dissipate.
22 Using the Grill GRILL LOCA TION Do not use the grill in garages, breeze wa ys, sheds or an y enclosed area or under ov erhead combustib le constr uction. Ne ver oper ate the grill in enclosed areas as this could lead to a carbon monoxide b uildup, which could result in injury or death.
23 Using the Rotisserie & Side Burner s (Optional RO TISSERIE KIT to use with bac k infrared burner must be purchased separately) NO TE: The rotisserie spit r od is centered between the grill hood and the burner s. It may be necessary to remove the grates and fla v or grids when cooking larger portions of meat on the rotisserie.

25 Care & Maintenance DRIP TRA Y The drip tra y located below the grill, inside the car t, should be cleaned per iodically to prev ent hea vy buildup of debris. NO TE: Allo w the drip tray to cool bef ore attempting to clean. Important: Do not leave the grill outside during inc lement weather unless it is covered (co ver sold separately).
26 T roub leshooting Y our Grill GENERAL TR OUBLE SHOO TING Y ou should inspect the burners at least once a year or immediately if any of the f ollowing conditions occur: • The smell of gas. • Flames appearing mostly yellow . (Some yellow at the tips is OK) • The grill will not get hot enough.
