7 Multiple Oven Racks Multiple Oven Racks Single Oven Rack 27” Model 30” Model Single Oven Rack BEFORE SETTING OVEN CONTROLS Oven Vent Location The oven is vented at the center trim . When the oven is on, w arm air is released through the vent. This venting is necessary for proper air circulation in the oven and good baking results.
8 BEFORE SETTING OVEN CONTROLS Control Pad Features READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE OVEN. For satisfactory use of your oven, become familiar with the various features and functions of the ov en as described below . Detailed instructions for each feature and function follow later in this Use & Care Guide.
9 SETTING OVEN CONTROLS Temperature Conversion (Fahrenheit/ Celsius) The electronic oven control is set to oper ate in °F (F ahrenheit) when shipped from the factory . The oven can be programmed f or any temper ature from 170°F to 550°F (77°C to 288°C).
10 SETTING OVEN CONTROLS To Set Control for Continuous Bake or 12 Hour Energy Saving The oven control has a built -in 12 Hour Energy Saving feature that will shut off the oven if the control is left on for more than 11 hours and 59 minutes. The o ven can be programmed to o verride this feature for continuous baking.
11 SETTING OVEN CONTROLS NOTE During Timed Bake the preheat indicator light will function during the preheat oper ation. NOTE When the control is set for this f unction the oven temperature will be displa yed. T o see the cook time remaining press the Bake time pad and to see the time of day press the Clock pad.
12 SETTING OVEN CONTROLS 7 . Press the Up or Down arrow pad until the desired baking time appears. 8. W ait 5 seconds for the control to accept the time.
13 SETTING OVEN CONTROLS NOTE Y ou may change the oven temper ature once baking has started by pressing the Up or Down arrow (for Jewish Holidays only). The oven temper ature will be adjusted in 5°F increments with each press of these pads (1°C if the control is set to display Celsius).

17 CARE & CLEANING CAUTION The door is heavy . For safe, tempor ary storage, lay the door fl at with the inside of the door facing down. Removing and replacing the lift-off oven door To Remove Oven Door: 1. Open o ven door completely (horizontal with fl oor - See Figure 1).
