2 Setting Oven Contr ols Note: The time of da y m ust first be set in order to operate the o ven. T o Set the Clock When the range is first plugged in, or when the power supply to the range has been interrupted, the display will flash "12:00".
3 T o Set or Change the T emperature for Baking The ov en can be progr ammed to bake at an y temperature from 170°F to 550°F (77°C to 287°C). T o Set the Controls f or Baking: 1. Press B a k e C u i r e . "— — —°" appears in the display .
4 Use caution with the Timed Bake and Delay ed Star t f eatures. Foods that can easily spoil such as milk, eggs, fish, meat or poultr y , should be chilled in the refr igerator first. Even when chilled, they should not stand in the ov en f or more than 1 hour bef ore cooking begins, and should be remo ved promptly when cooking is completed.
