3 Important Safety Instructions Read all instructions before using this appliance. Save these instructions for future reference. This manual contains important safety symbols and instructions. Please pay attention to these symbols and follow all instructions given.
4 Important Safety Instructions • Placement of Oven Racks. Always place oven racks in desired location while oven is cool. If rack must be moved while oven is hot use extreme caution. Use potholders and grasp the rack with both hands to reposition. Do not let potholders contact the hot heating elements in the oven.

7 Before Setting Oven Controls Fig. 1 Oven V ent Location The oven vent is located below the backguard (See Fig. 1). When the oven is on, warm air is released through this vent. This venting is necessary for proper air circulation in the oven and good baking results.
8 Setting Surface Controls Do not place plastic items such as salt and pepper shakers, spoon holders or plastic wrappings on top of the range when it is in use. These items could melt or ignite. Potholders, towels or wood spoons could catch fire if placed too close to a flame.
9 Minimum & Maximum Control Pad Settings All of the features listed have minimum and maximum time or temperature settings that may be entered into the control. An ENTRY acceptance beep will sound each time a control pad is touched (the Oven Lockout pad is delayed by 3 seconds).
10 Setting the Clock The CLOCK pad is used to set the clock. The clock may be set for 12 or 24 hour time of day operation. The clock has been preset at the factory for the 12 hour operation.
11 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Setting Kitchen Timer The TIMER ON/OFF pad controls the Kitchen Timer feature. The Kitchen Timer serves as an extra timer in the kitchen that will beep when the set time has run out. It does not start or stop cooking.
12 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Setting Oven Lockout Feature The pad controls the Oven Lockout feature. The Oven Lockout feature automatically locks the oven door, prevents the Bake-n-Warm™ Double Oven and most oven controls from being turned ON. It does not disable the clock, Kitchen Timer or the interior oven light.
13 Setting Silent Control Operation The START TIME and CLEAN pads control the Silent Control operation feature. The Silent Control operation feature allows the oven control to be operated without sounds or beeps whenever necessary.

15 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Fig. 3 Setting Timed Bake The BAKE and BAKE TIME pads control the Timed Bake feature. The automatic timer of the Timed Bake feature will turn the oven OFF after cooking for the desired amount of time you selected.

17 To set the oven to broil at the default setting (550°F): 1. Place the broiler pan insert on the broiler pan. Then place the food on the broiler pan insert (See Fig. 5). DO NOT use the broiler pan without the insert. DO NOT cover the broiler insert with foil.

19 Using the Favorite Setting Feature The FAVORITE SETTING pad is used to record and recall your favorite recipe settings. This feature may store and recall from 1 to 3 different settings. The Favorite Setting feature may be used with Bake or a Timed Bake .
20 Setting the Sabbath Feature (for use on the Jewish Sabbath & Holidays) The BAKE TIME and START TIME pads are used to set the Sabbath feature. The Sabbath feature may only be used with the pad.
21 Setting the Keep W arm Feature T o set Keep W arm: 1. Arrange interior oven racks and place baked food in oven. If the food is already in the oven go to step 2. 2. Press . " HLd " will appear in the display (See Fig. 1). Note: If no further pads are touched within 25 seconds the request to turn ON Keep Warm will be cleared.
22 Dual Features of the Bake-n-W arm™ Double Oven The Bake-n-Warm™ Double Oven is designed to provide two unique food preparation features. The features provide a Mini Oven and a Warmer Drawer using the same lower oven cavity, drawer and control.

24 T o Remove the Bake-n-W arm™ Double Oven Drawer & Replace the Oven Light: Bake-n-Warm™ Double Oven T o replace Bake-n-W arm™ Double Oven Drawer: 1. Pull both drawer glides and fully extend outward from lower oven cavity. 2. Carefully rest the drawer on top of both glides.
25 During the Self-Cleaning cycle, the outside of the range can become very hot to the touch. DO NOT leave small children unattended near the appliance. The health of some birds is extremely sensitive to the fumes given off during the Self-Cleaning cycle of any range.

27 Stopping or Interrupting a Self-Cleaning cycle: If it becomes necessary to stop or interrupt a Self-Cleaning cycle due to excessive smoke or fire in the oven: 1. Press . 2. Once the oven has cooled down for approximately 1 HOUR and the " DOOR LOCKED " icon is no longer displayed,the oven door can then be opened (Fig.
