4 Installation Installing legs – requir ed 1 . Remo ve legs fr om plastic bag packed inside fr eezer . 2. T ip freez er back and scr e w legs in all the wa y to st op (they will e xtend 1/8" below base of fr eezer). 3. A djust legs as needed to le vel fr eezer in both dir ections.
Re v ersing the door s wing – optional NO TICE When reinstalling latc h and hinge screws, 242 blue Loctite* MUST be applied to scr ews. T orque scre ws to 25 in-lbs. 1 . Remo ve scr ews and latch from r efrigerator cabinet (F ig. 4.1). 2. Use at s c rewdr i ver to c ar efully remo v e (do not scratch) hinge cov ers (F ig.
Controller oper ation In normal operation the controller displa ys cabinet t emperatur es in degr ees C (default) or user -selected deg rees F . Degrees C temper atures ar e displa yed t o 1 decimal point. Roc ker b utt ons to the right of the t emperature displa y control all prog ramming functions.
Controller secur ity The controller panel can be loc ked t o pre vent inadv er tent or int entional prog ramming changes. In locked mode , the controller will displa y cabinet temperatur e and cut-out set point only .

Refr igeration s y stem The FZR series -20 C (-4 F) freezer r efrigeration sy stem is designed t o give many y ears of tr ouble-fr ee ser vice. Ex cept f or routine cleaning of the air -cooled condenser and relat ed par ts, the refrigeration s yst em r equires no ser vice or maintenance .
