• Place the base upside down on a flat surf ace. • Fit the wheel assemb ly onto the pegs on the base, as shown • Inser t f our #8 x 1 / 2 " (1,3 cm) scre ws through the holes in the wheel assembly and into the pegs on the base . Tighten the screws with a Phillips scre wdr iv er .
• Inser t and “snap” the bac kboard posts into the large slots in the topside of the base. Hint: Y ou ma y need to rock the backboard to secure it properly into the base. For best performance, we recommend replacing the batteries that came with this toy with three, new alkaline “AA” (LR6) batteries. • Locate the batter y compar tment on the bac kboard. • Loosen the scre ws in the batter y compar tment door with a Phillips screwdriv er .
