1 Charger Connector 2 BA TTER Y CHARGING Battery Connector • Plug the battery connector into the charger connector . IMPORT ANT! If you are recharging your battery , you will first need to lift the hood and remove the battery retainer (pretend engine cover).

ASSEMBL Y 6 7 • Fit the steering wheel cap into the center of the steering wheel. Make sure the screw holes are aligned. • Insert two #8 x 1" screws into the holes in the steering wheel cap and tighten. • Position the vehicle on its side. • Fit a 3 / 16 " lock nut onto the end of the steering column.
ASSEMBL Y 10 • Fit the windshield onto the windshield frame. • Insert five #6 x 1 / 2 " screws into the holes in the windshield assembly and tighten. Windshield Frame Windshield Slots Dash • Fit the tabs on the back of the windshield into the slots in the top of the dash.
ASSEMBL Y 13 • Fit the tabs on the hood into the slots in front of the windshield. • Lower the hood. 14 Hood Slots • Fit the tabs on the bottom of the grille into the slots on the front of the vehicle. • Press near the top of the grille to f it into place.

Make sure the bat- tery connector extends toward the motor harness connector . • Plug the battery connector into the motor harness connector .
