8 12V Battery Charger Connector • Plug the charger connector into the battery A . • Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet B . Note: If power flow to the wall outlet is controlled by a switch, make sure the switch is “ON”. • Before first-time use, charge the battery for at least 18 hours.
4 3 9 ASSEMBL Y F H4433pr-0920 Battery Safety Information In exceptional circumstances, batteries may leak fluids that can cause a chemical burn injury or ruin your product. T o avoid battery leakage: • Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types: alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium).
H4433pr-0920 10 ASSEMBL Y F H4433pr-0920 6 Dash Key Assembly • Insert and “snap” the key assembly into the opening in the dash, as shown. 7 • Wipe the steering column with a paper towel to remove any excess lubricant. • T urn the vehicle on its side.
H4433pr-0920 11 ASSEMBL Y F H4433pr-0920 13 • Position the steering wheel cover so the fastener tabs are towards the bottom of the steering wheel. • Fit the steering wheel cover over the steering wheel. • Press the fastener tabs together , around either side of the bottom spoke of the steering wheel.
H4433pr-0920 12 ASSEMBL Y F H4433pr-0920 Hood • Using safety scissors, cut the plastic ties holding the flying disc on the hood. Dispose of the plastic ties properly .
H4433pr-0920 Spacers A 13 ASSEMBL Y F H4433pr-0920 21 Brush Guard 20 • Position the windshield so that the molded detail on the wipers faces the front end of the vehicle. • Insert and “snap” the two large tabs on the windshield into the large slots in the dash.

Tighten the screw. • With the seat at an angle, insert the tabs on the front edge of the seat into the slots in the foot-well wall A . • Push down firmly on the edge of the seat above each tab to snap the tabs into the slots B .
30 • Fit the light covers to the top of the sport bar, as shown. • Insert a #10 x 1 / 2 " screw into each light cover . T ighten the screws. Light Covers • Fit a support to one side of the sport bar . • Insert a #8 - 32 x 1.625 " screw through the support, the sport bar and out through the support.
16 33 T aillight Housing T aillight Lens #8 x 1" Screws • T urn the vehicle upright. • Using safety scissors, remove the taillight lenses and the taillight housings from the plastic connectors. Dispose of the plastic connectors. • Face the rear of the vehicle.

When applying labels, keep the following guidelines in mind: • W ash your hands before applying the labels. • Before applying the labels, wipe the surface of the vehicle with a clean, dry cloth to remove any dust or oils.

4 3 IMPORT ANT! Use only a Power Wheels ® 12 volt lead-acid rechargeable battery . Use of any other battery will damage your vehicle. Make sure that you charge the battery for at least 18 hours using the enclosed Power Wheels ® 12 volt charger before operating your vehicle for the first time.
• Y our Power Wheels ® battery is a non-spillable sealed lead-acid battery . It must be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally sound manner. • Do not dispose of a lead-acid battery in a fire.
