Assembly F rame Seat PUSH Wheel Hub (Flat Side Down) Bushing (Groo ved Side D own) Straight Axle Assemb ly Bot tom View • Place one end of the str aight axle into the cap nut. T ap the end of the straight axle with a hammer . Make sure the cap nut is secur ely at tached to the str aight axle .
Assembly • F it the tabs on the wheel cap int o the slots in the wheel hub . P ush to " snap" the wheel cap in place . • R epeat this procedur e to at tach the other wheel cap to the other wheel hub . • F it t wo pedal hubs onto the pedal axle tabs .
Label Decoration • W ipe the vehicle with a clean, dry cloth to r emove an y oils bef ore applying labels . • Appl y labels ex actly as sho wn in the illustrations.
Assembly F or k P ost For k Cover • Insert the fork post up through the hole in the nec k of the frame . Make sur e the fork is positioned so that the fork cov ers f ace the rear wheels . REAR OF TRIKE • F it the handlebar front t o the fork post.
