L2170pr-0920 9 L2170pr-0920 9 • Insert two screws through the cargo bed and into the ends of the sport bar. T ighten the screws. BACK VIEW Screws Cargo Bed • Fit the seat into the vehicle. Make sure the front edge of the seat is over the ridge in the vehicle.
L2170pr-0920 10 L2170pr-0920 10 Hint: Remove the tape holding the hood to the vehicle. • Pull the hood straps down and then out to unfasten them from the button on each side of the vehicle. • Lift the hood open. • Insert the ends of the windshield/dashboard assembly into the slots in each side of the vehicle.
L2170pr-0920 11 L2170pr-0920 11 • First, insert a screw through each side of the vehicle and into the ends of the windshield/dashboard. T ighten the screws. • Next, insert two screws through the inside of the vehicle and into the windshield/dashboard.
L2170pr-0920 12 L2170pr-0920 12 • Fit the lock nut onto the end of the steering column. • Using the closed end of the assembly tool, tighten the lock nut. 1 5 • Carefully turn the vehicle over . • Fit the end of the steering column through the hole in the steering linkage.
