e • Plug the battery connector into the charger connector . Push firmly to make sure the two connectors are completely joined. • Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet. Note: If power flo w to the wall outlet is controlled by a s witch, make sure the switch is “ON”.

12 e • Inser t two #8 x 1.9 cm ( 3 / 4 ") screws straight into the dash, as shown. Tighten the scre ws. Hint: If the screw holes in the dash do not align with the vehicle body , place a finger in the steering wheel opening in the dash. Pull the dash toward the bac k of the v ehicle to secure it.

e • Make sure the front wheels are not turned. • Locate the latch on the back end of the v ehicle. • Press the tab and slide the latch to open. • Inser t the handle, as shown, and release the tab . Note: Be sure the end of the handle is clean and free from debris before inserting.

e • Remov e the #8-18 x 2.2 cm ( 7 / 8 ") screw from the battery clamp. Lift to remov e the battery clamp from the vehicle . • Place the P ow er Wheels ® 6 V olt (4.0 Amp/Hr .) battery in the batter y compar tment. Make sure the battery connector extends toward the rear of the vehicle .
17 e • Plug the battery connector into the motor harness connector. Note: If the battery connector will not plug into the motor harness connector, turn it ov er and try again! Do not force the battery connector into the motor harness connector. • Re-assemble the seat to the v ehicle.
