IMPORTANT A 25 AMP FUSE MUST BE INSTALLED IN TOP OF BATTERY BEFORE TOY WILL RECHARGE OR OPERATE • Inser t a P ower Wheels ® 25 amp fuse into the batter y . Note: The top of the fuse will not be flush with the top of the batter y when properly installed.
8 • Plug the charger into a standard 120 volt w all outlet. Note: If power flo w to the wall outlet is controlled b y a s witch, make sure the s witch is “ON”. • Before fir st time use, c harge the battery for at least 18 hours. Nev er charge the batter y longer than 30 hours.

Assembl y • Plug the handlebar connector into the motor connector . • T ur n the vehicle upright. • Pull the handlebars up to be sure the steering column is secure. • If you can remo ve the steering column, you ha v e not assembled the steering column retainer correctly .
11 Model 77760 Proper label application will help to keep the labels looking their best! When applying labels, keep the follo wing guidelines in mind: •W ash y our hands before applying the labels . • Bef ore applying the labels, wipe the surf ace of the vehicle with a clean, dry cloth to remov e any dust or oils.

Battery Installation Motor Har ness Connector Batter y Connector • Plug the batter y connector into the motor harness connector . Hint: If the batter y connector will not plug into the motor harness connector, turn it ov er and tr y again! Do not f orce the batter y connector into the motor harness connector .
14 If a battery leak develops, av oid contact with the leaking acid and place the damaged batter y in a plastic bag. See inf or mation below f or proper disposal. If acid comes in contact with skin or eyes, flush with cool water f or at least 15 minutes and call a ph ysician.
