CA UTION Use the charger in dr y locations only . Battery Charging E W ARNING • The batter y must be handled b y adults only . The batter y is heavy and contains sulfuric acid (electrolyte). Dropping the batter y could result in ser ious injur y . • Nev er allo w children to charge the batter y .
Battery Charging • Plug the charger connector into the battery . • Plug the charger into a standard 120 v olt wall outlet . Note: If pow er flow to the w all outlet is controlled by a s witch, make sure the s witch is “ON”. • Bef ore first-time use, charge the battery for at least 18 hours.
• Locate the battery compar tment door on the back of the radio . • Loosen the scre w in the battery compar tment door using a Phillips screwdriv er and lift to open. • Insert three “AA” (LR6) alkaline batteries as indicated in the batter y compar tment.
6 7 11 Steering Column Hole Bottom View • Wipe the steering column with a paper tow el to remov e any e xcess lubr icant. • T ur n the vehicle body on its side . • Insert the straight end of the steering column up through the hole in the v ehicle body wall and out through the hole in the dash.
• Fit the wide notch in the side of a headlight lens under the wide tab on a lens guard. • Press firmly on the inside of the headlight lens to snap it into the lens guard. • Repeat this procedure to assemb le the other headlight lens to the remaining lens guard.
Assembl y 13 • Fit the scre w pegs on the windshield brac k ets into the holes in the top surf ace of the dash. Press fir mly to fit the lip on each windshield brac ket into the slot in the top of the dash. • Insert two #8 x 1" screws into each windshield brac k et.
19 • Insert each fastener end of the long seat belt strap through a slot in the center of the seat. Make sure the f asteners f ace the outer edge of the seat. • Pull each side of the long seat belt str ap e venly through the slots. Make sure to pull each T -loop through a slot.
23 • Extend the canop y completely around the spor t bar . Spor t Bar Light Rack - F ront Half Light Rack - Back Half T abs • P osition the spor t bar upright, as shown. • Fit and hold the front and back halv es of the light rack against the spor t bar .
31 30 T aillight Housing T aillight Lens #8 x 1" Screws • Using saf ety scissors, remov e the taillight lenses and the taillight housings from the plastic connectors. Dispose of the plastic connectors. • F ace the rear of the vehicle. • Fit a taillight lens inside a taillight housing.

19 Label Decoration After applying the labels as shown in illustr ations 1, 2 and 3, apply labels as shown in illustr ations 4, 5 and 6 to add sparkle to your v ehicle.
Pb Battery Installation H Important Note: Use only a P ower Wheels ® 12 v olt battery . Use of any other battery will damage your v ehicle. Mak e sure that you charge the battery f or at least 18 hours using the enclosed P ower Wheels ® 12 volt charger bef ore operating y our vehicle f or the first time.

See inf or mation below f or proper disposal. If acid comes in contact with skin or ey es, flush with cool water f or at least 15 minutes and call a physician.
