2 Introduction Steaming Steaming has many advantages if used corr ec tly . Healthy and natural, steaming helps food t o retain its taste. A light or herb y sauce adds that little touch that makes all the difference. It does not give off any smells. There is no need to fla vour the cooking water with herbs or spices.

Installation instructions 7 Choosing the location The diagrams abov e determine the dimensions of a unit where y ou will be able to install your oven. This appliance can be installed as an under the counter or c olumn oven. Recessed fitting Centre the ov en in the unit to guarantee a minimum distance of 20mm with the adjacent unit.

11 Description of your applianc e Operation The water contained in the tank reaches the inside of the o ven via a pipe. This water is transformed into steam thr ough contac t with a hot surface placed at the bottom of the oven: This is the steam generator .
