3 ENGLISH P roduct Profile This product is built to shred paper , staples and credit cards . It is not built to take paper clips, continuous forms, adhesive labels, transparen- cies, newspaper , cardboard or any plastic other than credit cards. Using it for these purposes is likely to cause damage.
4 ENGLISH Set -Up This shredder will only operate when used with the supplied basket. The supplied basket has a built-in safety feature which prevents the shredder from operating if used with any other basket. • Shredder comes completely assembled. • Remove all packing materials before using shredder .
5 ENGLISH Maintenance Regular emptying of the bask et is important to ensure the smooth operation of the cutting cylinders. If you can see paper in the basket window (8), turn off the shredder , pull out basket and empty basket contents. Regular oiling of the shredder is also necessary to ensure proper performance.

Mais il ne permet pas de détruire des trombones, des formulaires continus, des étiquettes adhésives, des transparents, des journaux, du carton ou du plastique à part les cartes de crédit.
9 FRANÇAIS Installation Ce destructeur de documents ne fonctionne que s’il est utilisé avec la corbeille fournie. La corbeille fournie présente une fonctionalité de sécurité intégrée qui empêche le destructeur de fonctionner s’il est utilisé avec toute autre corbeille.
10 FRANÇAIS Entretien Il est important de vider régulièrement la corbeille pour assurer le fonctionnement en douceur de l’outil de coupe. Si vous pouvez voir du papier dans la fenêtre de la corbeille (8), coupez le destructeur , sortez la corbeille et videz-la.
