3 I ntroduction Dear Customer, You have just acquired a FAGOR oven and we would like to thank you. Our research teams have created this new generation of appliances for you so that cooking is a pleasure every day.

Safety recommendations 6 Please become familiar with these recommendations before installing and using your oven. This oven was designed f or use by priv ate persons in their homes. It is intended solely for cooking foodstuf fs. This ov en does not contain any asbestos-based components.
7 • The supply cable (H05 RR -F , H05 RN-F or H05 W -F) must be long enough to allow the oven to rest on the floor in front of its housing. With the oven sitting on the floor and disconnected: • Open the trapdoor at the bottom right hand side at the back of the o ven by removing the 2 screws and swinging the door away .

H ow to use your upper oven The timer display only shows the time of day . It should not be blinking. • Choose the cooking method: T urn the dial until it is indicating your choice. Example: position " ". • Choose the cooking temperature T urn the dial to the temperature recommended for the food you are cooking.
10 • The light bulb is housed in the ceiling of your oven. a) Unscrew the protective shade (see diagram). b) Unscrew the bulb in the same direction. A bulb is used: - 15 W - 220-240 V - 300°C - E 14 screw-fitting bulb c) Change the bulb, replace the shade and switch your o ven back on at the mains.

12 a) W hen supplied with electricity • The displays flashes 12:00. • Set the time using the + and - setting selector (hol- ding down the + or - allows you to obtain a rapid advancement of the numbers) • Press the touch control to enter . Example: 12:30.
13 How does your oven work? 3. H ow do you program for immediate cooking? The analogue programmer should display only the time; it should not be flashing. • Choose the cooking mode: T urn the function selector to the position of your cho- ice. Example: " " position -> The oven begins heating.
14 How does your oven work? 4. H ow do you set a cooking programme? a ) T o begin immediately 1. Set the desired cooking mode and adjust the tempe- rature if necessary . Example: " " position T emperature 200°C. 2. Press the " " touch control until the " " icon (cooking time) begins flashing.
15 How does your oven work? b ) W ith delayed start (choose cooking end time) Proceed as with programmed cooking. After setting the cooking time, Press the " " touch control until the " " icon (coo- king time) begins flashing. The display flashes 0:00 to indicate that you can now adjust the setting.
16 5. H ow do you use the timer? Your oven is equipped with an electronic timer that is independent of the oven functions, making it possible to measure times. In this case, the timer display takes priorit y over the time of day and temper atu- re displays.
17 • The bulb is located on the ceiling of your oven's ca vity . a) Unscrew the view port (see adja- cent diagram). b) Unscrew the light bulb in the same direction. Bulb specifications: - 15 W - 220-240 V - 300°C - E 14 cap c) Replace the bulb then reposition the view port and reconnect your oven.
18 T r aditional fan heating Cooking controlled by the upper and lower heating elements and by the fan. Quick temperature increase. Some dishes can be placed in the oven while it is still cold. H old warm f unction Heat regulated by the upper and lower elements with use of fan.

c) T urn the "function selector" knob to the "PYRO" posi- tion. The oven will be unav ailable for cooking for 2:30 (cannot be modified).
