Operation 4. R emov e the hairpin from the mount pin and pull the mount pin out of the frame mount barrel. 5. Pick up the frame legs and hook the notc h onto the lower mount bar (see Figure 11). 6. Lift the hopper assembly and piv ot it upw ard tow ard the back of the unit (see Figure 12).
Operation 16. Belt Installation: F or Small Dec ks: A. Slip the belt ov er the impeller sheav e on the blow er . Note: It may be easier to install the belt if the belt guide is temporarily shifted to one side or temporarily remov ed. Either loosen or remo v e both nuts on the top and bottom of the belt guide .

Install a clevis pin and hairpin on each caster weight to retain them. C. Tighten knob on w eight assembly until the weight is clamped securely to the caster ar m.
Operation each side of the unit. The lo wer rear section of the tractor frame extends back betw een the rear wheels and ser ves as a stop for tipping backw ard. Ha ving a full width ramp provides a surface for the frame members to contact if the unit starts to tip bac kward.
Maintenance Maintenance Note: Deter mine the left and right sides of the mac hine from the nor mal operating position. W ARNING While maintenance or adjustments are being made, someone could star t the engine. Accidental star ting of the engine could seriously injure y ou or other bystanders.
Maintenance W ARNING Under nor mal use the cloth mesh will deteriorate and w ear . Objects could exit through w or n cloth mesh at high speeds. Thrown objects can cause serious injur y or kill y ou or bystanders. Check cloth mesh frequently for tears and holes.
Maintenance Adjustments Adjusting the Blower Drive Belt Position 1. R ead the operator’ s man ual for the UltraV ac and mo wer before perfor ming this adjustment. Make sure that you understand the controls , their locations their functions and safety requirements .
