9 - ENG A14687 9. Align tabs on accessory storage panel cover with holes in accessory storage panel and slide down until it locks into place. 10. Wind high pressure hose ar ound hose reel of the accessory storage panel. 11. Connect wand to gun. Tighten securely .

11 - ENG A14687 BASIC ELEMENTS OF A PRESSURE WASHER High Pressur e Pump (located inside the shroud, not shown) : Incr eases the pressur e of the water supply . Engine: Drives the high pressur e pump. High Pressur e Hose: Carries the pressurized water fr om the pump to the gun and spray wand.
12- ENG A14687 Risk of fl uid injection. Do Not attempt to change nozzles while pressur e washer is running. T ur n engine off befor e changing nozzles. 1. Press turret r elease button to release turr et. 2. Rotate turret to chosen nozzle. 3. Push turret onto nozzle and lock into place.
13 - ENG A14687 T o reduce the risk of injury , read the pr essure washer instruction manual and the engine instruction manual before starting pressur e washer .
14- ENG A14687 ST ARTING Prior to starting, refer to your engine manual for proper starting pr ocedur e. 1. In a well ventilated outdoor area add fr esh, high quality , unleaded gasoline with a pump octane rating of 86 or higher . Do not overfi ll. Wipe up spilled fuel before starting the engine.
15 - ENG A14687 SHUTTING DOWN 1. After each use, if you have applied chemicals, place chemical hose into container of clean water and draw clean water through chemical injection system to rinse system thoroughly . Risk of property damage. Failure to do so could cause damage to the pump.
16- ENG A14687 3. Connect length of garden hose to water inlet of pump. 4. Add RV antifreeze or windshield washer fluid to hose as shown. 5. Pull engine starter rope slowly several times until antifreeze/ washer fluid comes out of high- pressur e hose con nec tion of pump.
17 - ENG A14687 5. Fold the handle as shown. Risk of personal injury . Avoid placing hands between handle and frame when assembling to prevent pinching.
18- ENG A14687 TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE PROBLEM Engine will not start (see Engine Manual for further engine troubleshooting) CAUSE CORRECTION No fuel. Add Fuel. Pressur e builds up after two pulls on the recoil starter or after initial use. Squeeze gun trigger to relieve pres sure.
