T he largest box, 46" x 23" x 32" contains the handler/hot rail as an as sem bled unit.
Exatron 3000B www.exatron.com 2-8 Chapter 2 Installation 5. Locate the two blue pivot plates (#3000-035.) 6. Locate two #3/8 x 16 x 2.75" long bolts, f our #3/8 x 16 x 1.75" long bolts, six #3/8 lock washers and six #3/8 x 16 hex nuts. 7. Place the #3/8 x 16 bolts and pivot plates on the risers .

T hese Diagnostic s allow every s ensor, s olenoid, switch, m otor, and I/O Por t in the handler to be individually tested.

If Diagnostics Mode is acc essed during a j am , the handler will exit its automatic jam -c learing cycle and enter Diagnostics.
