Rotisserie Cooking We recommend that you do not cook a roast larger than 4-5 lbs. on the Rotisserie Skewer. Chicken should be bound in str ing to pre vent the chic ken legs or wings fro m unraveling du ring roasting and so that rotisser ie assembly will rotate smoothly.
