9 C ontrols and F unc tions W ireless Stereo Speaker C ontrols & F unc tions V olume/Pow er Knob Antenna P ower/Status LED Integra ted Po wer A dapter T ur ns on power to the wireless speaker and controls volume. Illuminates when the wireless speaker is linked to the base station, blinks when the there is no link to the base station.
10 Muting the Base Station Speakers: The MUTE button, locat ed on the Eos Base Station, allows y ou to mute the Base Station speakers. When the speaker to the base unit is muted , the blue LED source indicat or light (iP od or Aux) will ash.
11 Using Y our Eos S ystem W ireless Speakers/Receiv ers: All Eos Base Stations , Wireless Speakers and Receiv ers have the same ID setting . This is done so Speakers/Receivers will automa tically link with any Base Station. The Base Station will link with the rst 4 Wireless Speakers that it det ects.
12 Setting a Unique ID: T o give y our Base Station and Speakers/Receivers a Unique ID do the f ollowing: 1. Disconnect the power supply from the Base S tation 2. Using the V olume Contr ol Switch, turn o all pow er to the Wireless Speakers/Re - ceivers that y ou wish to link .
13 Using Y our Eos S ystem Resetting the ID to Default: T o reset the Base Station and Speaker/Receiv er ’ s ID back to the factor y default, do the following: 1. 14 Using Y our Eos S ystem W ireless Speaker Operation The Wireless Speaker can be used as a w all-mounted speaker (pow er supply nested in the back of the speaker enclosure) or as a desktop/bookshelf speaker (po wer supply remo ved from the speaker enclosure .
15 Using Y our Eos S ystem Removing the Integr ated Po wer Supply F rom the Wireless Speak er: T o use your Wir eless Speaker on a desktop/bookshelf , remove the pow er supply from the wireless speaker by f ollowing these steps: 1. Pr ess down on the top of the pow er supply.
16 Using Y our Eos S ystem Reattaching the P ower Supply to the Wireless Speak er: 1. Coil the cor d around your hand. 2. Place the coil of c ord in the bottom of the cavity . 3. Pr ess lower edge of swiv el plate to r otate f or ward 4. Inser t the power supply into the ca vity leaning for ward.
