1. Position the flange medallion upside down on a soft, clean surface. Place the blade with the decorative side facing down onto the flange medallion. Attach the flange assembly to the blade and flange medallion using the four #10-32 x 22mm oval head screws as shown in Figure 2.
CAUTION: Before installing and tightening the screws, be sure there are no wires pinched between the switch housing adapter and the switch housing. 8. Make sure all wires and connectors are inside the switch housing, then position the switch housing on the switch housing plate aligning the three holes for installation.
It is critical that the clevis pin in the motor coupling is properly installed and the setscrew securely tightened. Failure to verify that the pin and setscrew are properly installed could result in the fan falling.
