Introd uction 1 1.0 I NTRODUCTION The Envirosource Module is an ac cessory to the Process Chiller, fo r use on systems that circulate water and/or glycol solutions that require an isolat ed loop from the emergency water source.
Sequence of Opera tion 2 2.0 S EQUENCE OF O PERATION During normal operation, cold fluid flow from th e chiller passes across the flow switch, through the heat exchanger, through the pump bypa ss check valve, past the supply temperature sensor and out to the load (see Figu res 1 and 2 ).
System Components 3 3.0 S YSTEM C OMPONENTS RCM4 Monitor is configured to a ctivate an LED and an audible alarm . The common alarm output contacts will close in response to a loss of flow or high supply fluid temperature. The silence/reset but- ton silences the alarm.
Installation 4 4.0 I NST ALLATION Prepare the location(s) for the unit (see Figure 4 ). Allow adequate clearanc e for convenient mainte- nance. Anchor the unit to the floor or bolt it secu rely to the wall using appropriate anchors (supplied by others).
